Job Description

Role Overview: As a dynamic sales expert with experience in fire, marine, engineering, and liability insurance products, your role at PROBUS will involve driving growth in the SME insurance market. You will be responsible for meeting with corporate and institutional customers to assess their insurance requirements, present viable proposals, and develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients. Your primary goal will be to achieve revenue targets, ensure client acquisition, and increase company revenue through new business and cross-sell opportunities. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing client roadmaps for upcoming corporate renewals in the general insurance business and interacting with clients to offer the best insurance programs tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities: - Meeting with corporate/institutional customers to assess their insurance requirements and present viable proposals - Networking and engaging with CFO/HR heads and key decision-makers in companies - Developing, maintaining, and retaining excellent relationships with clients - Achieving revenue targets and ensuring client acquisition for revenue growth - Preparing client roadmaps for upcoming corporate renewals in the general insurance business - Interacting with clients to gather necessary information for offering the best insurance programs - Understanding clients" business processes and recommending suitable insurance policies with value-added cover - Handling corporate clients in the direct channel/agency channel for general insurance - Reporting daily MIS, tracking targets, and having personal meetings with clients to stay updated on client requirements - Maintaining effective documentation of leads generated and customers acquired/serviced - Sharing MIS reports and regularly entering data in the software for capturing leads and customer interactions - Maintaining MIS on key performance indicators to track progress Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales, specifically in fire, marine, engineering, and liability insurance products - Strong communication and networking skills to engage with clients and key decision-makers - Ability to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth through new client acquisition and cross-selling - Proficiency in preparing client roadmaps and offering tailored insurance solutions - Excellent organizational skills to maintain effective documentation and MIS reports - Eagerness to grow with a leading insurance brand and contribute to its success Note: If you are passionate about sales, client relationships, and driving growth in the insurance sector, this opportunity at PROBUS could be the perfect fit for you.
