Are you a dynamic sales expert with experience in fire, marine, engineering & liability insurance products At PROBUS, we are looking for passionate individuals to drive growth in the SME insurance market. In this role, you will be responsible for business development, including meeting with corporate/institutional customers to assess their insurance requirements, capturing key demographics, and presenting viable proposals. You will network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in companies to develop, maintain, and retain excellent relationships with clients. Your main objectives will be to achieve revenue targets, ensure client acquisition, and help increase the company's revenue with new business and cross-sell opportunities. You will prepare client roadmaps for upcoming corporate renewals in the general insurance business, interact with clients to gather necessary information, understand their business processes, and suggest appropriate insurance policies along with value-added cover. Handling corporate clients in direct channels/agency channels for general insurance will be a key part of your role. You will be responsible for reporting daily MIS and tracking targets, as well as personal meetings with clients. Keeping abreast of the latest developments and reporting upcoming client requirements to the products/quotes team to innovate the product/service mix will also be essential. Ensuring end-to-end single-point service for customers to win and maintain their trust, maintaining effective documentation of leads generated and customers acquired/serviced, and sharing MIS to regularly enter data in the software for capturing leads, customer contact, and servicing are important aspects of this role.
