What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

• Gather and Analyze business requirements for D365 implementations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.

• Collaborate with APS for mapping business process & doing FIT/GAP-analysis.

• Configure and demonstrate the solution to ESM and Business stakeholders.

• Conduct system testing, UAT, and troubleshoot issues.

• Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.

• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and training.

• Work with APS, developers and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration

with other systems. Support data migration and validation activities.

• Deploy, Implement D365 solutions in Production environment i.e. Go-live with

support.

• Prepare project hand-over documentation for transition to BAU support.

• In certain projects the SME could be assigned to be the IT Project Manager.

• Evaluate and validate monthly D365 monthly releases and provide feedback to the

APS and development team on bugs or solution improvements.

• Continuously optimize D365 functionalities-based business changes and new Microsoft

feature releases.

Who we are looking for

Qualification: Post-Graduate / Graduate with relevant experience of working with

business for at least 5 years in domain function and at least 3-5 years of consulting,

project implementation experience on standard D365 solution in related domain.

• Experience with system configuration and implementation.

• Focusing on improvements and bringing business value from existing D365 solution.

• Acquiring expertise on the Gunnebo Standard D365 solution together with their

domain experience on getting the Business ready for a Go-live

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills
