Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements
