Additionally, you will be responsible for lifecycle management of data center development phases. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural design of data centers - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver design packages on time and within budget - Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and internal specifications - Manage relationships with external consultants, contractors, and equipment suppliers - Drive continuous improvement in design methodologies and infrastructure efficiency - Maintain detailed records of design decisions, changes, and project milestones - Present technical concepts and project updates to client senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders - Oversee all phases of data center development including Master Planning, Concept Development, Detailed Design, Procurement, Testing, and Commissioning Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, or related field - 15+ years of experience in data center design - Strong knowledge of power and cooling systems, fire protection, and building automation - Familiarity with Tier standards (Uptime Institute), ASHRAE, and local building codes - Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale infrastructure projects in India and the APAC region (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the provided job description),
