Job Description

You will be joining Uber, a company that is dedicated to reimagining the way the world moves for the better. As part of the Global Scaled Solutions (GSS) organization, you will contribute to capabilities such as localization, data annotation for AI/ML innovation, testing, map editing, and digitization programs. Uber has developed cutting-edge technology and operational expertise in these areas and is now looking to expand these offerings externally. Your primary responsibility will be to be a part of a specialized sales team focused on expanding services to large and medium-sized enterprises. This initiative aligns with Uber's priority to "Seed the Future" by incubating a new business line within the company. The market you will be dealing with is diverse, spanning various industry verticals and catering to different buying personas who can benefit from Uber's business solutions. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and serving customers across different segments. Your efforts will be instrumental in maintaining a strong pipeline of new prospects and opportunities to drive growth for the organization. Your tasks will include owning and managing a pipeline of Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) to establish new partnerships in your geographic region through a mix of cold-calling, cold reachouts, and in-person meetings. You will be responsible for the complete sales lifecycle, from lead sourcing to onboarding and continuous client management, including Cross & Up-Sell opportunities. Outbound prospecting via various channels like cold calling, email, and marketing campaigns will be a key part of your role, along with meeting assigned Key Performance Metrics such as Sales Qualified Leads (SQL's) per month. Identifying and targeting key customer segments, industries, and revenue generation areas will be essential. You will need to understand a prospect's business challenges, identify new opportunities, and effectively communicate Uber's value proposition. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct executive meetings, demonstrations, and sales calls, staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of sales experience in a technology environment, preferably in SaaS, Tech Services, or Tech Solutions. Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and a start-up mindset will be advantageous. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a track record of sales success in the face of market challenges and ongoing product development.,
