• Coordinate the Sales forecast (Volume, value, investment etc.) to ensure alignment with the monthly business planning and yearly targets.
• Perform financial reporting, financial analysis, trend analysis, forecasting and budgeting of investment, financial controls, P&L analysis, investment analysis & ROI maximization, Finished Goods inventory analysis on monthly/quarterly and annual basis.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and GAP analysis vis--vis the annual budget including visual presentation through graphs, charts as well as root cause analysis.
• Meet critical business and corporate deadlines such as the monthly closing, reconciliation and reporting.
• Performing financial evaluations, business simulations and supporting calculations of main KPIs.
• Co-ordination, control and follow-up of price changes.
• Monitoring of Sales Force Budget (including salaries) and advising the sales team of business on annual resource planning and variance tracking.
• Encouraging business teams for taking right financial decisions while performing the business.
• Constant communication with the Sales Managers, Business controller and the other key stakeholders about business performance and improvement measures to be taken.
• Working closely with the dealers and providing support in Financial Analysis and managing their P&L, Cash Flow and Balance reports for dealers
• Supporting in smooth operations of related functions (Credit Control) & ensuring adherence of the company credit policies and aligning the same with market dynamics.
• Implementing best practices and processes of the industry.
