Senior Manager - Financial Reporting & Control

The Senior Manager Financial Reporting (FRC) will play a key leadership role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across entities. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of financial hygiene, driving adherence to accounting standards, and strengthening internal financial controls in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of entity-level financial statements in

  Schedule VI format

• Drive

  monthly financial reviews

  across all entities and lead corrective actions to ensure accuracy of books
• Ensure

  integrity and hygiene of financial data

  , including monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Control and monitor

  GL openings and closures

• Act as the subject matter expert on

  Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

  and relevant accounting guidelines
• Ensure timely closure of

  statutory and internal audits

• Review and strengthen

  financial processes, policies, and internal financial controls (IFC)

• Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting quality and compliance standards
  

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

• 7 to 10 years of experience

  , primarily in statutory audits and financial reporting
• Strong exposure to

  statutory closures

• In-depth knowledge of

  Ind AS and accounting standards

• Basic experience in driving

  financial controls and compliance

• Strong

  analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
