Technical Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of SIP Protocol.
Basic knowledge of Sip Methods and Signalling.
Knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, Networking and Windows Server Operating Systems.
Good Knowledge of on Lync/Skype for Business Server Including Data, Voice and Unified Messaging deploying, installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and migrating to Lync Server 2010/Lync Server 2013 to Skype for Business Server 2015/2019.
Good Knowledge of Lync Server 2013/Skype for Business Server 2015/2019 integration with PBX using Enterprise Voice and Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016 Unified Messaging role.
Basic Understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery processes of Lync Server 2010 / Lync Server 2013/ Skype for Business Server 2015/2019 environment.
Good Knowledge of setting up Hybrid in Lync/Skype For Business Server.
Good Knowledge of Lync/Skype For Business Server Troubleshooting tools (OCS/CLSLogger, Snooper, Wireshark, Network Monitor Tool, Fiddler).
