The Sky Phygital Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships within the assigned Pincode book along with Pincode Meeting assigned by SKY RM(Virtual RM) . This role involves a comprehensive approach to customer engagement, including meeting, video calling, and telecalling customers. The primary objective is to cross-sell a range of asset and liability products, as well as third-party investment offerings, to deepen existing relationships and acquire new customers with value based relationshi As a Relationship Officer - Customer Engagement, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) within the bank s Priority Banking segment. This role focuses on deepening customer relationships, enhancing engagement, and driving cross-sell opportunities across the bank s product suite. You will be expected to source new customers through lead generation models and field support, while ensuring a high standard of customer service and adherence to bank policies. The role also involves coordinating with product managers and group companies to deliver a seamless banking experience, conducting sales initiatives, and maintaining detailed relationship records. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong sales orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in any field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or finance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including asset and liability offerings, is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large customer book effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and product offerings.
  • Fluency in English and any other regional language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through various channels (in-person, video call, telecall) to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Cross-sell asset products (HL, LAP, CL, PL, GL, WC, CV) and liability products (CA, SA, TD) to existing and potential customers.
  • Deepen relationships with customers by offering third-party investment products (LI, GI, Trinity, MF) and ensuring timely conversion of business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with LI, GI, KSEC, IC, and Asset teams to achieve sales targets and provide efficient service to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering high-quality service and addressing their queries promptly.
  • Acquire new customers through VRM and CEC leads, and convert them into long-term relationships.
  • Upgrade customer categories and ensure their stickiness by providing excellent service and demonstrating the banks facilities.
  • Enroll customers for relevant services and explain the benefits of various bank products and services.
  • Handle customer service requests efficiently, including account openings, Trinity account setups, and liability product selling.
