Job Summary:

As a Skin Therapist at Avataar Skincare Technologies, you will be responsible for providing skin analysis, treatments, and post-care guidance to clients. You will work closely with dermatologists and clinic staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments
• Execute non-invasive procedures such as:
• HydraFacial
• Chemical Peels
• Medi-Facials
• Acne Treatments
• Skin Lightening & Anti-aging protocols
• Assist in laser hair reduction sessions under supervision
• Maintain hygiene standards and sterilization of equipment
• Educate clients about post-treatment care and skincare routines
• Maintain treatment records and follow-up schedules
• Support dermatologists and senior staff during advanced procedures
• Ensure clinic protocols and SOPs are followed

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Beauty Therapy (CIDESCO/CIBTAC/VTCT preferred)
• Strong understanding of skincare products and equipment
• Good communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in dermatology or aesthetic clinics
• Trained in use of HydraFacial, peels, lasers, or RF devices
• Basic computer knowledge for recordkeeping

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
