Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed skin analysis and consultations to identify clients’ skin type, conditions, and concerns. Perform professional facial treatments, peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, and other non-invasive skincare procedures. Recommend suitable skincare regimens, products, and follow-up treatments. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Ensure all tools, equipment, and treatment areas are clean, sanitized, and in compliance with hygiene standards. Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, ingredients, and technologies. Manage appointment scheduling, client follow-up, and service upselling where applicable. Provide exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or Dermatology-related field. Minimum [X] years of experience in skincare therapy, spa, or dermatology clinic. Knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and skin physiology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and a passion for skincare and wellness. Valid aesthetician license (if required by local regulations).
