JOB DESCRIPTION

● Deliver a range of massage treatments (e.g. Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy)

● Greet guests, understand their needs, and recommend suitable therapies

● Maintain clean, well-prepared treatment rooms

● Uphold hotel standards for hygiene, service, and guest care

● Promote spa services and products when appropriate

● Keep accurate records of treatments and guest preferences.

PROFILE
● Experience: Minimum 2-4 years.

● Industry: Hospitality, Wellness, and Spa.

● Skills: Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to maintain client confidentiality and build lasting client relationships.

● Degree: Cidesco Certification, Graduate or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or relevant field.
