Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Skin Therapist / Esthetician with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist senior dermatologists and doctors in delivering exceptional skincare treatments, while continuing to learn and grow within the field.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform basic skin care services including lasers, facials, peels and other non-invasive treatments under the supervision of senior doctors.

* Assist senior doctors in clinical procedures and patient care.

* Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional treatment environment.

* Educate patients on post-treatment care.

* Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, technologies, and techniques.

* Support clinic operations by scheduling, maintaining records, and preparing treatment rooms.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Graduate in any stream. Diploma or certification in Esthetics or Cosmetology is a plus point.

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in a wellness clinic or dermatology setup.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Willingness to learn new procedures and take feedback constructively.

* Attention to detail and a client-centric approach.

* Basic understanding of skin types, conditions, and product ingredients.
