We are seeking a dynamic and responsible General Manager to manage our European overseas recruitment operations. The candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in the same field and the ability to work under high pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end overseas recruitment for European countries
• Manage European clients, employers, and recruitment partners
• Ensure compliance with European labor laws, visa, and recruitment regulations
• Lead recruitment, documentation, and operations teams
• Achieve recruitment targets under pressure
• Handle client negotiations, contracts, and operational issues
• Oversee daily operations, reporting, and performance

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in overseas recruitment (European market preferred)
• Strong knowledge of European recruitment processes and documentation
• Proven ability to handle pressure and tight timelines
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Problem-solving attitude and professional ethics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR / Business / Management)
