We are seeking a dynamic and responsible General Manager to manage our European overseas recruitment operations . The candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in the same field and the ability to work under high pressure and meet strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end overseas recruitment for European countries Manage European clients, employers, and recruitment partners Ensure compliance with European labor laws, visa, and recruitment regulations Lead recruitment, documentation, and operations teams Achieve recruitment targets under pressure Handle client negotiations, contracts, and operational issues Oversee daily operations, reporting, and performance Required Experience & Skills Minimum 2 years experience in overseas recruitment (European market preferred) Strong knowledge of European recruitment processes and documentation Proven ability to handle pressure and tight timelines Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Problem-solving attitude and professional ethics Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR / Business / Management) Location: POLAYATHODE, KOLLAM, KERALA.
