Skilling & Placement Youth Coordinator

As a Skilling & Placement Coordinator at Lighthouse Communities Foundation, your role is vital in guiding underprivileged youth towards successful careers. You will play a crucial part in monitoring skilling programs, coordinating placements, and engaging with students to empower them for a brighter future. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor student attendance and participation in skilling programs - Conduct regular visits to partner training centers for quality assurance - Gather feedback from students to enhance learning outcomes - Maintain accurate training data in internal systems - Build strong relationships with skilling partners - Identify job openings suitable for Lighthouse-trained youth - Coordinate interviews with employers and track attendance - Gather feedback post-interviews to improve placement strategies - Build rapport with students and encourage commitment to career paths - Collaborate with team members for center-wide initiatives and events Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline (experience in skilling/training/placement coordination is a plus) - Strong data management and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi - Ability to build rapport with youth from diverse backgrounds - Empathetic, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and digital platforms Joining Lighthouse Communities Foundation means being part of a mission-driven team focused on youth empowerment.
