Skill Instructor - Hotel Management

As a Hotel Management Faculty member, your role involves delivering high-quality instruction in hospitality and hotel management, encompassing both practical and theoretical courses. You will be responsible for mentoring students, collaborating with industry professionals, and contributing to curriculum development to ensure alignment with industry standards. Additionally, active participation in academic administration, student evaluation, and research activities is expected. Your key responsibilities will include: - Instruction & Curriculum Development - Student Mentorship & Support - Industry Collaboration & Networking - Academic Administration - Research & Professional Development - Compliance & Institutional Responsibilities To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Masters degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Mizo languages. - 3-5 years of teaching experience in a hospitality management institute or substantial industry experience in managerial roles in hotels. - Strong knowledge of hospitality operations such as Food Production, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage Service. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to engage and inspire students in theoretical and practical settings. - Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and platforms for teaching and assessments. - Strong industry connections and network.
