Site/Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Estimation:Analyzing project drawings and specifications to create detailed BOQs and estimate material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Measurement and Verification:Accurately measuring the work completed on-site, verifying quantities, and ensuring they align with contract requirements.
• Payment Processing:Preparing and processing interim payment certificates (IPCs) for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Cost Control:Tracking project costs, identifying potential cost overruns, and implementing measures to stay within budget.
• Contract Management:Ensuring that all financial aspects of the construction contract are adhered to and that all parties fulfill their obligations.
• Documentation and Reporting:Maintaining detailed records of all financial transactions, preparing regular progress reports, and submitting them to relevant stakeholders.
• Dispute Resolution:Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies or payment disputes that may arise.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of construction processes and practices.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract management.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, project management software).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
