Role & responsibilities:

Curate and optimize product displays

Collaborate with the merchandising team to strategically curate and present product assortments on the website, ensuring effective visual merchandising techniques are applied.

Promotions and Campaigns

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including product launches, seasonal events, and sales initiatives. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand representation.

Conduct market and trend research

Stay up to date with current market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape in the e-commerce industry. Utilize this knowledge to identify opportunities for improving the website's visual merchandising strategies and implementing industrys best practices.

Visual Presentation Optimization

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and intuitive online experiences that drive customer engagement and conversion rates. Continuously optimize site layout, navigation, and imagery to improve overall user experience.

Shoot Management

Arrange Product shoots for our selected products which should be at par with the International standard.

Enhance Navigation & Review Consumer Journey

Closely review consumer journeys from the Home/CLP to PLP to PDP pages. Plan navigation and focus on improving the conversion.

Stay informed about web technologies

Keep abreast of emerging web technologies, UX/UI trends, and e-commerce platforms to propose innovative ideas and improvements for the website's visual merchandising capabilities.

Analytics and Reporting

Utilize web analytics tools to monitor and analyze site performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven strategies to increase sales & customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in website visual merchandising, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools and ability to interpret data.
  • Creative mindset with excellent graphic design and copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
