Job Summary
The Site Surveyor at Homegenie Building Products is responsible for conducting accurate site measurements, evaluating installation requirements, and ensuring technical feasibility for customized building products such as doors, frames, modular items, and WPC/UPVC solutions. This role ensures precise data for production and installation teams to deliver error-free products and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Measurement & Survey

Visit customer sites after sales confirmation.

Take precise measurements for doors, frames, modular products, wardrobes, UPVC/WPC profiles, etc.

Capture site conditions, technical challenges, and installation feasibility.

Prepare sketches, photos, and measurement sheets.
2. Technical Coordination
-
Communicate identified issues to sales, production, and installation teams.

Explain technical requirements or limitations to customers clearly.

Ensure measurement details match Homegenies production standards.
3. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate measurement reports and upload to ERP/CRM.

Update all site-related information (photos, dimensions, notes).

Submit BOQ inputs to the design/production team for finalization.
4. Quality Assurance

Ensure zero-error measurements to avoid rework or customer dissatisfaction.

Follow company SOPs and measurement standards rigorously.
-
Check site readiness before installation.
5. Customer Interaction

Coordinate with customers for measurement appointments.
-
Provide guidance on feasibility, installation readiness, and material requirements.

Maintain Homegenie standards of communication and professionalism.
Key Skills Required

Strong measurement & site surveying skills

Understanding of building materials (doors, frames, WPC, UPVC, modular items)

Basic technical drawing or CAD knowledge (optional)

Educational Qualification
-
12th / Diploma / BE in Civil, Mechanical, Interior, or related technical field

Experience in carpentry, fabrication, installation, or modular product measurement is preferred
Experience

1-3 years in site measurement, survey, installation support, or related technical roles

Experience in building materials / interiors is an added advantage
