Site Supervisor

You will be joining Studio Archito, an Interior design company based in Gurugram, as a full-time Site Supervisor situated in Noida. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed within the designated time frame and budget constraints. This role will involve coordinating with various departments, managing resources effectively, enforcing safety protocols, and supervising site workers. It is crucial for you to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain quality standards throughout the project. To excel in this role, you must possess strong Project Management and Resource Management skills along with a sound understanding of Safety Protocols and Regulatory Compliance. Your expertise in civil engineering and Interior fit-out will be essential for success in this position. Experience in Quality Control and Cost Management is also highly desirable. Furthermore, effective communication and interpersonal skills are key requirements for this role. You should be capable of working collaboratively within a team environment and leading site workers to accomplish project goals efficiently. Previous work experience in construction or a related field will be advantageous. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field is preferred for this position.,
