Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and committed Site Engineer to manage site execution activities across various project locations in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should be ready to travel frequently, handle on-site technical tasks, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities including installation, execution, and commissioning work.
• Coordinate with the head office for project planning, material dispatch, and manpower allocation.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and issue logs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors at each site.
• Ensure quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Verify measurements and assist in preparing work completion documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil or related field.
• Strong knowledge of site operations and construction/execution processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu as per project needs.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and site documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and adapt to different environments.
