Job Description

We are expanding our on-site execution team and are looking for a Site Supervisor with a passion for interiors, teamwork, and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site operations for interior projects.
Coordinate with designers, carpenters, electricians, and vendors.
Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality and design standards.
Track project schedules and report daily progress to the project manager.
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and documentation.
Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure timely project completion.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
Experience: 2–5 years in site supervision for interior or fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of modular furniture, carpentry, and finishing materials.
Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in reading design drawings and BOQs.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing multiple residential or office interior sites.
Knowledge of vendor and material management.
Familiarity with tools like MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting for site tracking.

Salary & Benefits

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience).
