Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for exact site measurements, measurement approvals with clients, and coordination with the production team to ensure correct manufacturing of windows and doors. He will also supervise installation activities to deliver high-quality results and complete client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Measurement & Production Coordination

* Take accurate site measurements as per approved drawings

* Prepare and submit measurement sheets for client approval

* Coordinate revised measurements with design and production teams

* Ensure that production is carried out strictly as per approved measurements

* Report any measurement variations or site deviations immediately

Site Execution & Quality Control

* Supervise installation teams during project execution

* Confirm correct profile, glass, hardware, and accessories at the site before installation

* Perform quality checks during and after installation

* Resolve fitment issues on-site in coordination with technical team

Documentation & Reporting

* Maintain measurement records, approval documents, progress reports, and snag lists

* Ensure proper checklist completion for handover documentation

Client & Contractor Coordination

* Present and explain measurement sheets to clients/architects

* Maintain clear communication on timelines and execution progress

* Handle site concerns professionally, ensuring strong relationship management

Safety & Compliance

* Ensure safety norms are followed by installers and supervisors

* Maintain site discipline and protect OKNA's material from damage/loss

Skills & Competencies

* Strong experience in measurement of uPVC/Aluminium windows

* Ability to read architectural drawings and fabrication plans

* On-site problem solving & decision-making skill

* Good communication and customer-handling ability

* Knowledge of installation tools, hardware, and site conditions

Qualifications & Experience

* ITI/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical or equivalent

* 25 years of experience in windows/doors/facade industry

* Proficient in measurement tools and mobile reporting

Other Requirements

* Must be ready for frequent travel between project sites

* Two-wheeler license preferred
