Site Supervisor

The Landscape Site Supervisor role involves overseeing all aspects of landscape construction, installation, and maintenance on-site. Your responsibilities will include supervising landscape teams, coordinating daily tasks, ensuring proper use of tools and machinery, and overseeing various landscape works such as planting, irrigation, turfing, and paving. You will need to read and interpret landscape drawings, liaise with project managers and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Monitoring site progress, training new workers, and conducting quality checks are also key aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should have a Diploma or certificate in Landscaping, Horticulture, or a related field. You should be able to read landscape and civil drawings, possess leadership and organizational skills, and hold a valid driving license if required. Freshers are also welcome to apply for this role.
