Job Title: Site Supervisor Job Summary We are seeking a trustworthy and proactive Site Supervisor to join our growing furniture manufacturing business. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, overseeing project execution, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring efficient implementation of site procedures. The ideal candidate is experienced, responsible, and team-oriented, with a strong understanding of interior work and carpentry processes. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Responsibilities and Duties Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility and on-site activities. Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely maintenance of systems and equipment. Handle emergencies as per company procedures and prepare necessary incident/accident reports. Supervise and evaluate staff performance, maintain attendance records, and manage time-sheets. Provide direction and motivation to ensure high-quality performance. Handle employee discipline professionally when required. Set project goals, schedule and monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on time. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information. Communicate with clients and customers regarding ongoing projects, products, and services. Key Skills Prior experience in Interior Work (mandatory).
