Site Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility and on-site activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Handle emergencies as per company procedures and prepare necessary incident/accident reports.
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance, maintain attendance records, and manage time-sheets.
• Provide direction and motivation to ensure high-quality performance.
• Handle employee discipline professionally when required.
• Set project goals, schedule and monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information.
• Communicate with clients and customers regarding ongoing projects, products, and services.
  

Key Skills

• Prior experience in Interior Work

  (mandatory).

• Fluency in Hindi

  Speaking

  required for effective communication with teams and clients.
• Bachelor's Degree (

• Strong reading comprehension of technical documents.
• Excellent written and spoken

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a furniture manufacturing firm or workshop.
• Hands-on knowledge to guide labour in carpentry work at the ground level.
• confidence to perform under pressure with a professional attitude and demeanor.
