Site Supervisor junior level- Interior & Civil work

You will be responsible for overseeing interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising day-to-day operations, coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers - Monitoring site activities to ensure adherence to project schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations - Leading and motivating the on-site team for effective communication and issue resolution - Ensuring work quality meets client specifications and industry standards - Enforcing safety protocols and regulatory compliance for a safe working environment - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, updating them on project progress and maintaining positive relationships - Managing project budgets and resources, recommending cost-saving measures - Maintaining comprehensive project records and documentation - Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues on site - Conducting regular site inspections for compliance with specifications, safety standards, and regulations Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision or construction management - Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred - Strong knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and finishes - Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and teams effectively - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - In-depth understanding of workplace safety standards - Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Fast learner to adapt to project management softwares Additional Requirements: - Ability to travel to different project sites as needed - Must possess a valid drivers license - Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
