Site Supervisor

Position Overview: The Signage Installation Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the installation of signage projects, ensuring they are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently. This role requires excellent leadership, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of signage products and installation processes. The supervisor will coordinate with installation teams, communicate with clients, and ensure that all projects meet the company's quality standards and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and safe installations. Coordinate and schedule installation activities, ensuring timely and on-budget completion of projects. Ensure all installations are done in accordance with company standards, local codes, and safety regulations. Monitor the quality of work and conduct on-site inspections to ensure installations are accurate, secure, and visually appealing. Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and provide progress updates. Conduct pre-installation site surveys to assess conditions and ensure proper preparation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installation, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines. Maintain inventory of installation tools and materials, ordering supplies as needed. Provide on-site training and support to junior team members, ensuring consistent work quality. Prepare and maintain accurate records of installation projects, including time logs, materials used, and any issues encountered. Ensure that safety procedures are strictly followed, and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Assist in developing and improving installation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Handle customer interactions and feedback during installation to ensure satisfaction.
