Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor in Interior Designing, located in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the site, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring the execution of designs according to plan, conducting site inspections, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The role involves closely working with the design team and clients to ensure the project meets all requirements and timeline.

Salary offering - 15k to 20k depending on experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Experience in site supervision and construction management
• Knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and material selection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
