Site Supervisor

We are a fast-growing spray plaster solutions company revolutionizing wall finishing in India. We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of spray plastering works across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the labour force, coordinating with the project team, and ensuring quality, timelines, and safety are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate a team/ multiple teams of skilled masons and semi-skilled laborers (10+ per machine) along with machine operators (1 per machine)
• Ensure labor productivity is maximized in terms of finished area per mason on a daily basis.
• Supervise day-to-day activities at construction sites related to spray plaster applications.
• Manage and coordinate a team of 10+ skilled and semi-skilled labourers, including masons.
• Ensure all site activities align with project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct labour planning, allocation, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Liaise with contractors, site engineers, and clients for smooth execution of work.
• Maintain material and machinery usage logs; ensure proper handling of spray plaster equipment.
• Monitor safety compliance and ensure all work is done as per safety protocols.
• Assist in on-site training for labour in spray plaster techniques (training will be provided post-joining).

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.
• Minimum 3 years’ site experience managing construction activities and workforce.
• Prior hands-on experience working with masons and managing labour teams (at least 10 labourers).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to various project locations and work under dynamic site conditions.
• Basic knowledge of plastering techniques is preferred; spray plastering experience is a bonus (training will be provided).

Language requirements – Hindi, Tamil, English (basic conversation). Any other South Indian language knowledge will be an add-on.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
