Machine Operator

We are looking for an Operator for Machine Plastering with hands-on experience in handling construction machinery or strong mechanical experience. The role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting plastering machines (spray plaster / mortar pump machines) to ensure consistent, high-quality plaster application at construction sites.

Candidates with prior experience in machine operation, electrical and mechanical maintenance, or construction equipment handling are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machine plastering systems efficiently on site
• Prepare and monitor material flow, pressure, and consistency as per site requirements
• Perform daily machine checks, cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance
• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues
• Make necessary repairs when they arise, and raise replacement orders on time with the management
• Coordinate with site supervisors, masons, and helpers to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure uniform plaster thickness and quality output
• Follow safety procedures and site safety protocols at all times
• Maintain machine logs and report major faults to supervisors
• Assist in machine setup, dismantling, and transportation when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A. Essential

• Basic Experience as a mechanical/electrical technician
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, motors, pumps, hoses, and mixers, and also experience in electrical panels
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical and operational issues
• Willingness to work on construction sites and in varying conditions
• Physically fit for site work
• Conversational English and 1 regional language

B. Preferred

• Experience as a machine operator
• Experience with machine plastering, spray plastering, or mortar pumping
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related trade
• Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, or finishing works
• Knowledge of cement, sand, and dry-mix plaster materials
• Hindi and 1 south Indian language.

Experience:

0-5 years of experience in machine operation or any mechanical work. Fresh candidates with strong mechanical background and willingness to learn may also be considered
