Job Description

The job involves maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance, supervising and instructing the construction team and subcontractors, evaluating their performance, and implementing disciplinary measures when necessary. You will be responsible for analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. Additionally, you will recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to enhance efficiency. To excel in this role, you should have a working knowledge of construction tools and equipment, the ability to interpret blueprints, outstanding leadership skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and communication skills are also essential for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and a performance bonus. The preferred education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of total work experience. Day shift availability and a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time are preferred.
