Site Supervisors (Façade)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day façade installation activities as per approved drawings and site instructions
• Monitor workmanship quality, material handling, and installation practices
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and labour teams for smooth execution
• Ensure strict compliance with safety norms and site safety practices
• Report daily progress, site issues, and manpower status to the Site Engineer / Project Manager
• Support timely completion of façade works in line with project schedules

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / ITI / relevant technical certification in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field
• Minimum

  10 years of hands-on experience

  in façade installation works
• Practical knowledge of curtain wall systems, glazing, cladding, and allied façade works
• Ability to read basic drawings and follow technical and site instructions
• Strong site supervision, coordination, and safety awareness
• Good communication skills with proven ability to manage labour teams effectively
