Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat. The Site Supervisor and Engineer will oversee daily construction site operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include supervising site workers and vendors, overseeing daily on-site operations, monitoring progress of construction projects, managing resources, reporting project updates, and addressing any on-site issues to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, regulations, and quality control
• Proficiency in project management and resource planning
• Communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, designs, and technical documents
• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in construction management software is an advantage
• Prior experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry is highly beneficial
