Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure timely execution of project work as per quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in construction supervision, be willing to work on-site, and possess their own two-wheeler for site travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site construction and installation activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor, and project managers for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress and report daily updates on manpower, material, and site conditions.
• Verify measurements and assist in preparing work progress reports.
• Ensure site safety compliance and maintain cleanliness and discipline at the worksite.
• Assist in resolving technical or operational issues on-site.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain basic inventory control.
• Visit multiple sites (if required) using own vehicle.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• 0–1 year of experience in site supervision (freshers welcome).
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings, measurement, and materials.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office / Excel for daily reporting.

Other Requirements:

• Must possess a two-wheeler for site travel.
• Willing to work at multiple project locations if required.
• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹[10,000 - 17,000] per month (based on skills & experience).
• Travel allowance for site visits.
