Site Supervisor (Civil) Hospitality

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with a background in Civil or Electrical Engineering and proven experience in restaurant or hospitality outlet build projects. The role involves supervising on-site construction activities, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines, and making regular site visits to monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, design, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely completion of work.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical matters to the Project Manager.
• Verify material deliveries and usage against BOQ and project requirements.
• Maintain site reports, progress documentation, and update management on status.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders for approvals and clarifications.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at site.
• Be ready and available for regular site visits and travel as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision (restaurant/hospitality fit-outs preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of civil works, electrical works, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple contractors and ensure timely project delivery.
• Willingness to travel and be present at multiple project sites.

Preferred Competencies:

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or commercial interior projects.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (fire safety, electrical load, HVAC, etc.) for restaurants.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive decision-making ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Day Shift (Preferred)

• 100% (Preferred)
