Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor all on-site civil, interior, electrical, and plumbing works. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for material supply and task execution. Maintain daily site logs, work progress reports, and labor attendance. Report any site issues or delays to the Project Engineer/Manager promptly. Inspect and verify work completion for billing and handover. Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline. Requirements:Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI / relevant technical qualification. Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in showroom or retail interiors. Ability to read and understand basic site drawings and layouts. Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills. Willingness to work on-site full-time and manage multiple vendors/laborers.
