Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on site, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to complete projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site.
• Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update progress.
• Check quality of work and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on site.
• Assist in planning and scheduling tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle site documentation and reporting.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
