Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer with strong experience in Dynatrace, monitoring, automation, and performance optimization. The role involves ensuring reliability, availability, scalability, and performance across cloud/on-prem environments while driving automation and proactive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage

  Dynatrace

  for application performance monitoring, alerting, and dashboards.
• Configure

  Dynatrace OneAgent

  , RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, and log monitoring.
• Analyze performance metrics, detect anomalies, and provide RCA for production issues.
  
• Build and maintain automated monitoring, alerting, and self-healing workflows.
  
• Ensure system reliability, uptime, and incident response across environments.
  
• Work with dev/ops teams to optimize application performance and reduce latency.
  
• Manage CI/CD-driven releases ensuring zero downtime deployments.
  
• Implement SRE best practices:

  SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets

  .
• Build automation scripts using

  Python / Bash / PowerShell

  .
• Support cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP) for scalability and performance.
  
• Collaborate on capacity planning, performance testing, and load analysis.
  
• Participate in on-call rotation and handle production incidents efficiently.
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Dynatrace

  (APM, dashboards, alerting, RUM, Synthetic).
• Solid understanding of

  SRE principles

  (SLI/SLO, reliability, incident mgmt).
• Experience with

  Cloud platforms

  (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of

  CI/CD pipelines

  , microservices, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with

  Kubernetes, Docker

  , and container monitoring.
• Good scripting skills:

  Python, Shell, PowerShell

  .
• Experience with

  logging/monitoring tools

  (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation/self-healing workflows.
  
• Exposure to ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow).
  
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
  
• Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP) are a plus.
  

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
