Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services and ensuring their seamless integration with front-end components. Your role will involve designing, building, and optimizing scalable and high-performance applications. Responsibilities: 1. Backend Development Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code. Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs. Build scalable and secure back-end systems using .NET Core 7.0+. Develop microservices-based architectures and reusable components. Write clean, maintainable code using object-oriented principles and design patterns. Integrate REST APIs and third-party services to support business processes. 2. Database Management Design and optimize schemas using MS SQL Server. Analyze system requirements to ensure database structure supports current/future needs. Collaborate with data teams on mining, segmentation, and visualization tasks. 3. Collaboration & Cross-functional Work Work closely with frontend developers, architects, product managers, and QA teams. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across the application stack. Conduct performance testing and support to optimize backend systems. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. 3-5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer using C# and .NET Core 7.0+. Strong skills in SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Experience in microservices and distributed architectures. Proficient with REST APIs and backend integration methods. Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and scalability principles. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience implementing rule engines. Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms. Knowledge of concurrency and multithreading. Experience with automated testing and CI/CD tools.
