Description
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) joining the Salesforce Product Team at our company, your role involves designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining production-ready solutions to support marketing campaigns for Ford. Collaboration with product managers and cross-functional teams is key to ensuring high-quality software delivery while incorporating automation, DevOps best practices, and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Development & Deployment: - Design and develop scalable, reusable, and production-ready solutions. - Implement solutions following corporate standards and usability guidelines. - Perform end-to-end deployment of solutions in production. - Testing & Quality Assurance: - Create testing strategies, test cases, and test data based on system dependencies. - Write unit tests, automation scripts, and conduct code reviews. - Technical Leadership & Collaboration: - Be a core team member in the Salesforce Product Team. - Guide and mentor team members on best coding practices and DevOps methodologies. - Collaborate with the product manager to define, prioritize, and break down requirements into production-ready user stories. - Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security through effective monitoring and logging. - Innovation & Continuous Improvement: - Identify and adopt new technologies to solve challenges and predict future needs. - Optimize system performance, reduce risk, and enhance efficiency. Qualification Required: - Must-Have Skills & Technologies: - Spring Boot Microservices, Java/J2EE - DevOps tools (Jenkins, SonarQube) - CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins/Tekton) - Monitoring & Logging (New Relic, Splunk, etc.) - Cloud Platforms (PCF/GCP) - Version Control (GitHub) - Database Management (SQL) - Testing Frameworks (JUnit) - Nice-to-Have Skills & Technologies: - Salesforce Core/Automotive Cloud - MuleSoft, APIGEE, SFMC - Frontend Technologies (JavaScript, XML/HTML, CSS, jQuery, JSON) - Test Automation (Cucumber) - AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) - Programming Experience in Java/C# This job offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of Fords marketing campaigns by developing and maintaining innovative solutions in collaboration with a dynamic team.
