Job Description

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Roles and Responsibilities

Gather requirements for
migration products
and understand business and technical needs.
Leverage outputs from
POD B (AI-driven insights)
to accelerate adoption of new migration products.
Consult with
SMEs, Application RE teams, and CTOs
to design robust migration recipes.
Conduct
estate analysis scanning
to identify potential migration candidates.
Produce
functional requirements
for POD A/B in the context of capabilities and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of migration solutions.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with
Python
scripting and automation
Experience with
Azure cloud services
Knowledge of
migration strategies, estate analysis, and SRE practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Desired Skills

Experience working with
AI-driven migration tools or POD outputs
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps practices
