Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Respond to production issues unresolved by L1/L2 support teams.
Debug and troubleshoot technical problems across the full Tessell stack.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Tessell service stack and offerings.
Escalate unresolved issues to engineering and collaborate closely for quick resolution.
Work directly with customers during incidents in a professional and solution-focused manner.
Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles for recurring issues and best practices.
Ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of production systems and cloud-based databases.

Skills Required:

6+ years of experience managing production databases (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle) in cloud or on-prem environments.
2+ years of experience working in AWS or Azure environments.
Familiarity with AWS Kubernetes, ELK stack, and monitoring tools.
Minimum 6 months experience in Shell Scripting for automation tasks.
Good understanding of Linux OS, system internals, and command-line tools.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and incident handling skills.
