Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid/Onsite) Experience : 6+ Years Work Mode : Hybrid (23 days onsite/week) Apply To : gopi.c@acesoftlabs.com | 9701923036 Job Description We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help design, build, and maintain highly scalable and reliable infrastructure and applications. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure availability, performance, and reliability of our systems. Key Responsibilities Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and production environments Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems (Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty, etc.) Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and performance issues across the stack Automate operational processes using scripts and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Participate in on-call rotations and handle critical incidents with RCA documentation Required Skills 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles Strong knowledge of Linux systems , networking , and shell scripting Hands-on experience with Docker , Kubernetes , and cloud-native technologies Proficiency with cloud platforms – AWS , GCP , or Azure Experience with Terraform , Ansible , or similar IaC tools Solid understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Nice to Have Experience with Site Reliability principles (SLAs, SLOs, Error Budgets) Familiarity with Datadog , ELK stack , or Splunk Exposure to Go , Python , or other scripting languages Knowledge of security and compliance standards (SOC2, ISO, etc.)
