About the Role:

Site Reliability Champion

Key Responsibilities:

Reliability & Uptime:
Design and implement strategies to ensure
high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery
.
Monitoring & Observability:
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to
proactively detect and resolve issues
.
Incident Response & Troubleshooting:
Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and post-mortems to prevent recurrence.
Automation & CI/CD:
Develop scripts, automation, and pipelines to
improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention
.
Performance Optimization:
Identify bottlenecks and optimize
system performance, scalability, and resource usage
.
Collaboration:
Work closely with development, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure
reliable deployment and operations of services
.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
.
Certifications in
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Kubernetes
.
Experience in
high-scale, multi-region systems
.
Familiarity with
emerging SRE practices, chaos engineering, and reliability modeling
.
