Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Site Project Coordinator. The responsibilities include overseeing daily project activities, coordinating with architects, engineers, and construction teams and ensuring that projects are executed as planned and within timelines. The candidate will manage schedules, monitor progress, address challenges on-site, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the candidate will maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, organization, and decision-making skills
• Experience in working with contractors, architects, and engineers, and the ability to coordinate diverse project teams
• Proficiency in tracking and monitoring project timelines, budgets, and materials
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Ability to manage on-site challenges and provide effective problem-solving solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Prior work experience in site coordination or project management in the construction industry is preferred
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
