1) Set out detailed works as per the contract drawings, ensuring checks are carried out on a regular basis Ensure that records are accurate and comply with organizational and legal requirements.
2) Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time during execution.
3) Produce ITPs and Task Briefings Support site Planner for Weekly Monthly look ahead in conjunction with the Site requirement.
4) Timely handover of works and Quality records without outstanding defects.
5) Production of accurate records, drawing registers and weekly Reports. Verify and certification of the measurement for Contractor Sub Contractor Joint measurement sheet.
6)Submission of Monthly Progress Bill to Client for Certification based on actual work completed.
Purpose of Role-
1) Primarily for Site supervision ,measurement and certification of site civil work.
2) Secondary for Planning and co-ordition with Contractor, PMC, Client, HO, TPI, Vendor on technical aspects of construction projects.
3) Prepare the site progress plan.
4) Monitor the site progress as per the approved site progress plan.
5) Ensuring of work as per design.
6) Involve in site execution, problem solving and reporting as per SOP.
1) Cost saving by avoiding rework & unnecessary/non required work at site
2) Documentation - Daily/weekly/monthly site progress report
3) Follow up for work permit, invoicing & payment with customer
4) Implementing rules & regulations of HSE
5) Store & Material Management
6) Customer & Contractors handling.
