Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for wind farm construction and installation projects
Supervise on-site operations, including equipment installation, construction progress monitoring, and compliance with safety protocols
Lead, manage, and coordinate on-site teams including technicians, construction crews, and subcontractors for effective project execution
Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all activities meet technical standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications
Enforce safety regulations and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards across all project activities
Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders such as clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and local communities, ensuring effective communication and timely project updates
Manage project budgets by tracking expenditures, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for financial optimization
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely project delivery and minimize disruptions
Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations, permits, and sustainability standards throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, safety inspection records, and incident reports for internal and external review
